Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples is an American performer and actress. Most famously, she is known for her performance as Layla Grant, in Nashville (2012) drama, and Claudia Shepard from Sharknado (2013). In addition, she was the lead character in the film Jem and the Holograms, (2015). Aubrey Peeples is the daughter of Wendy and Ashley Peeples. She has a younger sister Ally. Aubrey was an actor with Orlando Repertory Theatre during her growing up. She was a graduate of Lake Mary Preparatory School, in which she was the valedictory speech of the class of 2012. Harvard University had accepted her. But, they had to agree to her admission twice in order for her to assume the role in Nashville. Peeples was a character in the film Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2012) Grey's Anatomy (2005). Peeples was a regular on television movies Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective as well as The Good Mother. The actress was cast in a major recurring role in the second season of the drama series Nashville where she played Layla Grant. Peeples spoke about her bipolar disorder during an interview with NKD Magazine. Indiewire ranked Peeples as the highest on its list of best actors who are younger than September of 2014.
